Description

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) will lead, own, and autonomously manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent technical projects, focusing on delivering timely and scoped implementations such as Prior Auth platforms, CRMs, and member portal tools. The TPM will bridge gaps between technical teams and business stakeholders, anticipating risks, facilitating communication, and driving accountability across cross-functional teams. They will prioritize project outcomes against strategic objectives, especially in a fast-moving, resource-limited environment.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in technical or related field (or equivalent experience)
Required Previous Experiences: 3-5+ years of project management experience in a technical or SaaS environment
Proven experience managing technical implementations in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth company with limited resources, demonstrating the ability to independently achieve results.
Preferred Qualifications: PMP, CSM, or other project management certification is a plus
Understanding of Agile software development lifecycles
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet)
Successful experience managing significant vendor relationships for technology and services
Demonstrated experience with SaaS, cloud-based, and outsourced solutions through third party providers
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to be both dynamic and highly organized, effectively managing ambiguity and conflicting priorities while maintaining clear project structure and alignment with high-level objectives in a fast-paced setting.
