The employer is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead multiple mobile and cross-platform application projects from discovery through deployment. The role manages Android, iOS, Flutter, and React Native applications; defines scope and deliverables; translates business requirements into technical specifications; coordinates developers, designers, QA, backend engineers, and DevOps teams; oversees Agile/Scrum processes, testing, releases, quality, security, scalability, and stakeholder communication; and supports estimation, budgeting, resource planning, and project profitability.
