Description
The Zweckverband Restabfallbehandlung Ostthüringen (ZRO) is hiring a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) on the client’s side to manage and coordinate a large-scale waste-to-energy power plant project from tendering and award through planning, construction, commissioning, and handover to regular operations. The role represents ZRO’s technical and commercial interests, oversees external planning and execution partners, manages schedules, costs, risks, change orders, permits, and procurement, and supports the transition to operations. The position requires a technical university degree or comparable qualification, at least seven years of relevant experience, and expertise in project controls, technical project management, waste-to-energy or industrial systems, procurement, and commissioning. It is a full-time permanent role with part-time availability under organizational conditions, compensation under the TVöD-VKA collective bargaining agreement, and a company pension scheme.
