TÜV SÜD Advimo is hiring a Technical Project Manager / Consultant to independently manage demanding building construction projects focused on structures and structural engineering. The role covers project management, cost and schedule control, interdisciplinary coordination, technical due diligence, condition assessments, planning and construction document review, quality controls, feasibility studies, and acceptance inspections for new-build, refurbishment, and revitalization projects. Candidates need a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable technical qualification, several years of relevant project experience, knowledge of German technical standards, and German and English communication skills.
