The role covers project management, construction controlling, technical due diligence, commissioning, quality management, design and construction documentation review, client and investor advising, and sustainable building services optimization. Candidates need a relevant technical degree, several years of project experience, knowledge of German technical standards, strong analytical and communication skills, German fluency, and the ability to travel within Germany.
