WSP is hiring a Technical Project Manager, Civil Engineer to lead moderate-to-large, regional transportation infrastructure projects across Washington and Oregon. The role oversees technical, commercial, financial, schedule, quality, safety, and contractual performance; manages cross-functional teams, subcontractors, budgets, deliverables, QA/QC, and project closeout; and supports proposal development, project strategy, and client relationships. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major, a Washington Professional Engineering license, and 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in transportation infrastructure, including at least 5 years of transportation project management experience. The position can be based in Tacoma, Seattle, or Portland and offers a salary of $147,150 to $235,000 plus benefits.
