HIKE2 is hiring a Technical Project Manager – Data & Databricks to lead the day-to-day execution of complex data and Databricks engagements. The role combines hands-on project leadership with technical fluency in data platforms, cloud environments, data engineering, pipelines, architecture, security, testing, deployment, and modern AI/ML workloads. The manager will maintain Jira boards and PMO artifacts, run delivery ceremonies, track dependencies and risks, communicate project health to clients and stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed. The position requires at least five years of project or program management experience, including significant experience leading data, analytics, cloud, or data platform implementations, and offers a salary of $120,000–$180,000 plus annual bonus or commission.
