Description
Reboot Monkey is hiring a Datacenter Operations Manager to take over the company’s datacenter operations from the CEO. The role owns triage and dispatch of Smart Hands and Remote Hands requests, SLA tracking, client communications, global facility coordination, incident escalation, shift handovers, and commercial upsell opportunities. It requires at least two years of experience in datacenter, MSP, NOC, or technical operations, knowledge of datacenter hardware and networking fundamentals, enterprise helpdesk experience, fluent English, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tickets and escalations.
