Civitta is hiring a Project Manager with a technical focus for its digital and data team in Lithuania. The role leads end-to-end delivery of web and mobile application development projects, coordinates cross-functional teams of 4–10 members, serves as the primary client-facing contact, translates business requirements into technical tasks, and monitors budgets, timelines, and scope. The position requires at least three years of relevant digital project management experience, English and Lithuanian fluency, and familiarity with Trello, Asana, or Jira; IT, technical, creative, or e-commerce experience may be advantageous. The role offers flexible working hours, including working from home twice weekly, and a gross monthly salary of 3,100–3,750 EUR.
