Genesys is hiring a Technical Facilities and Project Manager to lead and operate workplace design, construction, renovation, infrastructure, and facilities-improvement projects across more than 40 locations. The role combines project leadership with technical facilities expertise, including building systems, commissioning, sustainability, energy, security, life safety, procurement, risk management, and global standards. It reports to the Director, Global Workplace, prefers New York, New York, and offers virtual work in the United States East Coast Time Zone. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 10 years of relevant facilities, design, engineering, construction, or project-management experience, with a base compensation range of $104,000 to $183,000 and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
