IPETRONIK GmbH & Co. KG is hiring a Technical Project Manager - Hardware / Software to plan, control, and monitor hardware, software, and firmware projects; lead project operations and organizational leadership; represent the project externally; allocate tasks, prioritize work, deploy resources, manage requirements, produce status and results reports, and coordinate product studies. The role requires several years of experience leading technical development projects, technical education, knowledge of project and quality management, and strong communication and negotiation skills. The position offers an unlimited-term employment contract, flexible working hours, and the option to work from home one to two days per week.
