AL-KO THERM GmbH is hiring a full-time Technical Project Manager for heating and ventilation technology in Leipheim. The role develops KVS diagrams, data sheets, drawings, and solution concepts for air-handling systems; evaluates and dimensions hydraulic, closed-loop, and heat-recovery systems; prepares production-ready bills of materials; coordinates heating controls with electrical engineering; and manages component selection with technical project management, procurement, production, and system suppliers. Candidates need technical vocational training or a relevant degree, knowledge of closed-loop and heat-recovery systems, MS Office skills, independent structured work, fluent German, and strong spoken and written English.
