The Technical Project Manager will independently execute turnkey construction projects in the Wuppertal/Surroundings area, manage construction schedules, staff planning, site teams, statutory compliance, and negotiations with clients and subcontractors. The role requires a completed degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or comparable training, relevant experience, and experience in shell construction and fit-out; MS Office, billing and estimating software, negotiation skills, and a responsible working style are also sought.
