Arcadis is hiring a Technical Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver medium-, high-, and extra-high-voltage substation projects, including primary, secondary, protection, civil, and permitting engineering. The role also involves establishing a new renewable-energy substation business area, leading specialist teams, coordinating customers and external providers, and contributing new initiatives. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree or comparable qualification, several years of substation or energy-engineering project experience, knowledge of relevant standards, and strong German and English communication skills.
