Molex is hiring a Technical Project Manager (NPI / Product Development) in Kawasan Perindustrian Perai, Penang. The role leads global, cross-functional teams through the New Product Development process from initiation through production launch, partnering with customers, product management, engineering, operations, and suppliers. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, supplier coordination, and mentoring project team members. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, at least four years of project management experience in product development or a technical business environment, experience with cross-functional and multinational projects, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%–25% of the time.
