Description
The role leads local cross-functional project teams and global engineering teams on transfer projects, local new-development projects, and new platform product-development projects. Responsibilities include setting project targets, managing project plans and budgets, assessing technical feasibility, overseeing product-engineering maturity, sharing technical knowledge, removing impediments, and coordinating with plant and marketing teams. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, at least 8 years of professional experience including 2 years in people management, and experience as a team leader or project lead.
