Description
Decisions is seeking a client-facing implementation leader to drive software or SaaS/PaaS implementations from kickoff through deployment. The role owns project planning, scope, timelines, milestones, requirements, risks, internal and client coordination, iterative build and configuration, sprint planning, and go-live readiness. It also serves as the primary client delivery contact, manages expectations and scope changes, reports to executive stakeholders, and builds relationships with clients and technical teams. Candidates should have at least six years of client-facing software or SaaS/PaaS implementation experience, BPM implementation experience, strong executive communication, and the ability to work across structured and agile delivery approaches.
