Description
Arm is hiring a Technical Program Manager to support IP governance and engineering project setup activities. The role partners with engineering, IT, trade compliance, legal, procurement, HR, and program teams to establish compliant project workspaces, coordinate infrastructure and project setup, track milestones, manage scope changes, improve governance processes, automate reporting and audit activities, monitor project metrics, and escalate export compliance, third-party IP, and internal IP risks. The position requires typically 5+ years of relevant experience in technical program management, project management, engineering operations, IT, or a related field, along with cross-functional coordination, compliance knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills.
