Description
The employer is recruiting a Technical Project Manager for a managed IT services company to lead IT infrastructure and software implementation projects across multiple client environments. The role owns projects from scope through planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and handoff; coordinates technicians, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders; manages schedules, budgets, risks, and resources; and performs hands-on technical implementation and troubleshooting. Candidates should have at least five years of MSP experience, significant concurrent infrastructure project leadership experience, and strong hands-on Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, networking, firewall, virtualization, and Microsoft 365 experience. The position is remote from anywhere in the United States, with initial training and approximately one to two company visits per year in Southern California or Los Angeles County, and pays $90,000-$95,000 plus benefits.
