Slip Robotics is hiring a Technical Program Manager for Robotics Software to own the operational backbone of software releases for autonomous robotic systems. The role coordinates tasking and workstreams, plans testing across simulation, robots, pilot sites, and customer facilities, drives qualification and staged fleet deployments, manages post-release monitoring and regression triage, and builds scalable cross-functional processes. Candidates need 5+ years of technical program management, release management, or engineering operations experience involving software shipped to physical systems, plus strong technical fluency and experience coordinating hardware and field testing.
