Soros Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager for a 100% workload consulting assignment in Stockholm. The role independently leads complex public-sector IT projects from requirements and planning through implementation and rollout, covering systems architecture, integrations, information security, vendor coordination, risk management, and business-critical system implementation. The position requires competency level 4, approximately 9–12 years of relevant experience, fluent Swedish, and documented experience leading high-complexity public-sector IT projects; it is hybrid with up to approximately 40% remote work.
