Framtiden is recruiting a Technical Project Manager/Systems Engineer to support a leading defense company in Järfälla. The role owns the technical lifecycle of naval command and control systems, from concept and design through coding, verification, commissioning, and field maintenance. Responsibilities include designing and testing software components, translating requirements into system architecture, managing tasks in Jira and Confluence, communicating technical solutions, and meeting customers in Sweden and internationally. The position requires a Master of Science in Engineering degree, several years of software development and system architecture experience, requirements-management expertise, Jira and Confluence knowledge, and the ability to travel. It is full-time, office-hours based, security-sensitive, and may require security vetting and a particular citizenship.
