Elanco is hiring a Technical Project Manager, Technical Services / Manufacturing Sciences (TS/MS) to coordinate cross-functional projects at its Elwood, Kansas monoclonal antibody manufacturing facility. The role manages project plans, timelines, resources, risks, and execution while partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, IT, R&D, Operations, and other stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant science, engineering, or pharmaceutical technology field, at least five years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience including two years of project management, and working knowledge of cGMP and project management tools. PMP certification, regulatory knowledge, and strong cross-functional communication are preferred.
