The ACLU is hiring a full-time Technical Project Manager for its Information Technology Department in New York, San Francisco, or Washington, DC. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the role leads organization-wide implementation of systems, business applications, and processes across national and affiliate offices, covering requirements analysis, project planning, risk management, scheduling, budgeting, testing, training, change management, deployment, and continuous improvement. The position is hybrid, requires two days per week or eight days per month in the office, is two-year term-limited, and pays $167,568 annually based on the New York location.
