BRP is seeking a Manager, Technical Projects to lead industrial engineering and artificial intelligence projects for powersports vehicle assembly lines. The role manages manufacturing processes, budgets, resources, strategic projects, and multidisciplinary teams; supports production teams through training; coordinates modularity across manufacturing plants; and presents results to stakeholders. Candidates need a university degree in industrial or mechanical engineering or a related field, 8 to 10 years of industrial engineering experience, manufacturing project management and process optimization expertise, and French and English communication skills.
