Thyssengas is hiring a permanent Technical Property Caretaker in Dortmund to ensure reliable operation of its office locations. The role monitors and coordinates technical maintenance, performs site inspections and minor repairs, supports building systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary systems, and electrical engineering, records utility consumption, manages service providers and materials, and handles incident reporting and SAP-based service requests. Applicants should have completed a technical or skilled-trade apprenticeship, possess strong building-services knowledge, and hold a class B driver’s license.
