Abrona is hiring a Technical Property Manager to oversee the technical management, maintenance, safety, quality, sustainability, and budgeting of its care-location portfolio in the Utrecht–Zeist region. The role coordinates maintenance plans and contractors, advises on building improvements, ensures regulatory compliance, and serves as a contact for internal and external stakeholders. Candidates need a construction-related HBO qualification, at least five years of technical property or building-management experience, multi-year maintenance-plan experience, and knowledge of AFAS and Microsoft Office. The position offers a gross monthly salary of up to €5,700 based on 36 hours, hybrid working, a one-year contract with a prospect of permanent employment, and other employment benefits.
