ARGO Residential is hiring a Technical Property Manager to review and manage its predominantly older residential and commercial property portfolio. The role oversees maintenance, refurbishment, modernization, and preparation of vacant units; coordinates tradespeople and external service providers; and collaborates with property management and the renovation department. Candidates need vocational training or a comparable degree in real estate, construction, or a technical field, several years of relevant experience, MS Office proficiency, German and English skills, and a Class B driver’s license.
