Description
The Technical Property Manager will manage properties, coordinate external service providers, review maintenance measures, verify compliance with statutory and regulatory inspections, conduct property walkthroughs, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and contribute to maintenance and operation budgets. The role requires a technical degree or comparable qualification, relevant experience, knowledge of building services, negotiation and independent-working skills, MS Office proficiency, a valid class B driver’s license, and willingness to travel; Berlin and Frankfurt am Main are possible locations.
