Description
The Technical Property Manager will support the care of real estate portfolios by coordinating technical measures, preventive maintenance, modernization projects, building-system monitoring, service-provider oversight, defect rectification, warranty cases, inspections, and process optimization. The role requires technical training in building services, construction, facility management, or a comparable field, experience with external service providers, and strong organizational and communication skills. It is a hybrid position with flexible working hours and mobile work options.
