Description
The Technical Property Manager will support commercial property operations alongside commercial Property Managers, overseeing maintenance and repair, technical property management, building and systems inspections, action and budget planning, warranty claims, and external service providers. The role also serves as the customer’s first point of contact for technical questions and may provide architectural and engineering services under HOAI. Requirements include relevant building, facility management, supply and utility, or electrical engineering qualifications; professional experience in technical property maintenance or management; knowledge of German contract law; strong communication and customer service skills; Microsoft Office proficiency; and a valid passenger-car driver’s license.
