Description
The Technical Proposal Architect will design end-to-end technical solutions for competitive federal proposals, translating RFP/RFI requirements into compliant, innovative architectures and narratives. The role partners with capture, business development, subject-matter experts, and program teams; develops proposal artifacts such as system architectures, staffing models, methodologies, and risk strategies; presents solutions to leadership and government stakeholders; and maintains reusable solution frameworks. It requires at least five years of federal contracting experience in solutions architecture, systems engineering, or technical proposal development, a bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline, and experience supporting federal customers.
