Lodestar Space is hiring a hands-on Technical Proposal Writer to own technical, management, and past-performance proposal volumes for U.S. government defense and space solicitations. The role involves translating sophisticated autonomous space-system engineering concepts into compliant, compelling narratives; decomposing solicitations and maintaining compliance matrices; coordinating technical, business development, finance, legal, and mission operations inputs; and managing proposal schedules and submissions across concurrent opportunities. Candidates need 3–6 years of technical proposal writing experience for DoD, NASA, or Intelligence Community customers, a relevant bachelor's degree, familiarity with FAR/DFARS and multiple acquisition vehicles, and preferably space-program experience and an active or obtainable security clearance.
