Onsite Construction Group is hiring a full-time Technical Proposal Writer in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to develop compliant and visually polished federal government proposals, solicitations, capability statements, presentations, and other business development materials. The role involves analyzing RFPs and other solicitation documents, writing and editing technical and management volumes, coordinating with subject matter experts, creating graphics and visual elements in Adobe InDesign, managing proposal deadlines, and performing quality-control reviews. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of technical or proposal writing experience, federal proposal experience, and Adobe InDesign proficiency.
