The client is hiring a Technical Purchasing Manager in Vienna for an Austrian mechatronics group. The role manages metal and plastic material groups, ensures supply security, sources and evaluates global suppliers, negotiates prices and terms, monitors supplier markets, develops strategic supplier relationships, and concludes contracts. The position requires technical education in mechanical or plastics engineering, several years of technical purchasing experience, CAD knowledge, SAP and procurement-system skills, and excellent German and English.
