Description
The Technical QA Manager provides technical direction and governance for quality engineering across the organisation’s delivery areas. The role owns the test strategy, quality standards, automated testing integration with CI/CD, release validation, test reliability, automation architecture, and quality reporting, while supporting QA Champions, Test Automation Engineers, developers, and delivery stakeholders. It requires strong software quality assurance, test automation, quality engineering, and technical leadership experience, along with practical experience in modern automation frameworks, object-oriented programming, risk-based testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
