BFT Bayreuth GmbH is hiring a Technical Quality Manager / Claims Manager to ensure and improve product and process quality for precast concrete elements and independently manage technical claims from assessment through corrective-action implementation. The role coordinates production, engineering, customers, suppliers, and internal specialists; supports audits and training; and reports to the Head of Quality Management or Technical Managing Director. Candidates need a technical degree, several years of quality-management experience, claims-management experience, knowledge of quality methods, and German and English language skills.
