CTC is hiring a Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for its technology teams. The role focuses on proactive sourcing, sourcing pipelines, job-development partnerships, candidate calibration, candidate experience, and integrating AI into the recruiting process. Candidates should have approximately five or more years of recruiting experience, strong direct-sourcing and technical-vetting skills, and experience in search-firm or corporate recruiting environments. The position is based in Chicago or New York with a hybrid in-office schedule Monday through Thursday.
