Cover is hiring a Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate-pipeline development, hiring-manager collaboration, recruiting-metrics analysis, interview-process improvement, candidate experience, and onboarding support. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of technical-recruiting experience focused on engineering, AI, and robotics in fast-growing tech startups, passive-candidate sourcing, recruitment-platform proficiency, and strong communication skills. It is a full-time position requiring five days per week in the office, with a US base salary of $120,000 to $200,000 annually.
