Description
Agentio is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle technical recruiting from sourcing through close, partner with the CTO and Head of Talent, and help build a data-driven, AI-enabled recruiting function for its engineering team. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, integrating AI tools, assessing talent, managing candidate experience, tracking metrics, and advising senior leaders. It requires at least three years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience and is a five-days-a-week in-person role in NoMad, New York City.
