Alembic is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own and close 6–8 full-cycle technical searches for backend, infrastructure/SRE, and data engineering roles. The role partners directly with engineering leadership, owns calibrated scorecards and live pipelines, closes multiple technical hires, and runs structured, fast hiring loops. It requires 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, a closer’s track record, strong business-selling and consultative skills, data proficiency, and an AI-native approach. The position is based in Alembic’s San Francisco office.
