Artic Consulting is hiring a Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical talent. The role sources candidates, conducts technical and cultural screening, partners with hiring managers, coordinates interviews, and supports offer negotiations and onboarding. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, at least two years of technical recruitment experience, and proven experience hiring technical talent; Microsoft, Azure, cloud, LinkedIn Recruiter, and consulting or IT-services hiring experience are preferred.
