Atoms is hiring a Hardware Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineering talent across Autonomous Vehicles, Transportation, and Mining functions. The role sources passive candidates, partners with hiring leaders, manages candidate experience, and uses recruitment metrics to improve time-to-hire. It is based in the Seattle office and requires onsite work five days per week, with a base salary of $100,000 to $170,000 per year and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
