The role sources and recruits technical and engineering talent, partners with hiring managers, conducts phone and video screenings, manages candidate pipelines, maintains job postings and ATS records, and supports recruitment improvement. Candidates need a degree or diploma, at least two years of technical recruitment experience or an engineering background, sourcing and ATS experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with technical screening and distributed recruitment. The annual salary is CAD 60,000–80,000.
