Avoca is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for software engineering and technical product roles. The role partners with engineering and product leadership, sources passive technical talent, manages candidate experience and offer negotiations, builds scalable recruiting processes, and tracks hiring metrics. It is an in-office position at Avoca’s New York City headquarters and requires at least three years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, strong sourcing and technical-judgment skills, and familiarity with modern sourcing and ATS tools.
