AxisCare is hiring a full-time Technical Recruiter to run full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, QA, and other R&D roles. The role partners with engineering leadership, proactively sources passive technical candidates, structures technical screening processes, manages concurrent requisitions, tracks pipeline metrics, and represents the company in technical communities. Candidates need at least four years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including software-engineering hiring and passive sourcing, along with sourcing and ATS proficiency.
