Bot Auto is hiring a Technical Recruiter to support its engineering and technical teams in the San Francisco Bay Area. The six-month temporary role manages the full recruiting lifecycle for technical positions, including sourcing, candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and closing; it also maintains candidate pipelines, supports recruiting events and university outreach, and improves recruiting processes. The position requires 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, strong sourcing and communication skills, and availability for in-person meetings and occasional travel to Houston, Texas. Compensation is $35–$48 per hour, with potential conversion to a regular full-time role based on performance and business needs.
