Casca is hiring its first Technical Recruiter to build the company’s technical hiring engine from the ground up. The role will develop recruiting strategy, partner with founders and leadership to identify engineering talent, create a strong candidate experience, build scalable processes, and source, screen, and close exceptional engineers. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of technical recruiting experience, have built recruiting functions from scratch, know engineering leaders, and can evaluate technical skills independently.
