Description
The role is a full-cycle recruiting specialist responsible for sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, partnering with client leaders and hiring managers, preparing candidates for interviews, extending employment offers, maintaining applicant-tracking documentation, and supporting staffing plans. It requires recruiting experience across engineering disciplines, national-level recruiting, full-life-cycle recruiting, and the ability to work with a geographically dispersed team. The candidate must be a W2 employee of Donatech and hold a bachelor's degree plus at least six years of directly related experience, or additional experience in lieu of the degree.
