E-INFOSOL LLC is hiring a full-time Technical Recruiter for a hybrid role in the Washington, DC Metro Area, with the corporate office in Rockville, Maryland. The recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for cleared IT and cybersecurity positions, source and screen candidates, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews and offers, track recruiting metrics, and support hiring managers and business development teams. The role requires at least three years of recruiting experience supporting federal government contractors, knowledge of security clearances and adjudication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
